We are pleased to announce that we have made two additional currencies available for wire transfer; you can now fund your CAD and CHF denominated trading accounts directly in these currencies. Here is the full list of currencies that you can wire to us:
- USD
- EUR
- GPB
- CAD (new)
- CHF (new)
To obtain our wiring instructions, log in to your Backoffice profile, go to the Deposit section, select Wire transfer and go through all the steps. Once you have done so, our system will generate our wiring instructions for you to execute a wire transfer.
IMPORTANT! Please be sure to generate a new set of wiring instructions for every new deposit you intend to make. By doing so, you create a payment notification in our system that can later be matched with your funds, once they arrive.
